Meet the Team

Lisa Fox, MSW, LCSW

Lisa is a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families heal from trauma, navigate relationship challenges, and break free from emotional patterns that no longer serve them. With a deep understanding of how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape present struggles, she helps clients uncover the root causes of their pain, process difficult emotions, and build resilience. Lisa doesn’t just address symptoms—she digs deep to help clients explore the beliefs, behaviors, and emotional wounds that continue to impact their lives, guiding them toward meaningful, lasting change.

Specializing in complex trauma, developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties, Lisa tailors therapy to the unique needs of each client. She integrates evidence-based interventions such as Brainspotting, Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to support deep healing and transformation. Her goal is to help clients break free from unhelpful cycles, develop healthier relationships, and move forward with a renewed sense of clarity and self-confidence.

Lisa’s approach is both direct and compassionate, striking a balance between deep emotional exploration and practical strategies for healing. She believes true transformation happens when clients are willing to look inward, challenge their struggles, and do the deeper work necessary for lasting change. If you’re ready to take the next step toward healing and self-discovery, reach out—Lisa is here to support and guide you every step of the way.

Kathryn Schiber, MSW, LCSW
Kathryn “Katie” offers a supportive, compassionate space where individuals, teens, families and couples can show up without judgment or pressure to be perfect. She works with those who find themselves overthinking, people-pleasing, emotionally reactive, or repeating patterns that no longer serve them. Katie helps clients connect the dots between past experiences and present triggers — and then actively builds the skills needed to break old cycles. Therapy with Katie isn’t about endlessly analyzing the past; it’s about digging deeper, understanding it, and then changing what’s not working.

Katie specializes in significant complex trauma, wounds that continue to resurface, anxiety, mood/personality disorders, trauma from domestic violence, and relationship strains. She integrates Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to move beyond surface-level coping and into meaningful change. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. She believes lasting growth happens when insight is paired with action.
You don’t need to be perfectly ready or have everything figured out to begin — just open to exploring what’s been keeping you stuck. Katie is here to walk alongside you with clarity, compassion, and steady support.
